Laura Lucas is a London-based personal trainer and yoga teacher specialising in pre and post natal fitness.
How It Works
Laura can train you at home or in a park near you, she uses a variety of free weights, resistance bands, battle ropes etc as well as body weight exercises and yoga postures to help you create a healthy and sculpted physique that looks and feels great.
