Laura is a freelance Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher specialising in fat loss, pre and post natal fitness, increasing flexibility and general well being. She is based in Wandsworth.

How It Works

Laura can train you at home or in a park near you, she uses a variety of free weights, resistance bands, battle ropes etc as well as body weight exercises and yoga postures to help you create a healthy and sculpted physique that looks and feels great.
